We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for all orders — no questions asked.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

2. Timeframe: You may return the item within 30 days of the date of purchase.

3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the item was purchased using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.

4. Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.

5. Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue you store credit instead of a refund, which you can use towards a future purchase.

6. Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on items that are cuztomized, have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way, or on any items marked as final sale. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on items purchased in-store, as these items are subject to different return policies.

4. Shipping Times: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. However, during peak seasons, processing times may be longer.
